The Beauty of Natural Language Processing

Agents. Skills. System prompts. Vibe coding. All of that terminology turns AI into something incomprehensible, something that we think we will never understand. But it doesn't have to be that complicated.

The beauty of LLMs is that, in their essence, they are natural language processors.
I know... more tech jargon, but what that means is you can simply use plain language to utilize really powerful tools.

So, for example:
→ An AI agent is an LLM with tools, following text instructions
→ A skill is a set of text instructions
→ A system prompt is a set of text instructions
→ Vibe coding is, say it with me, a set of text instructions (and then letting the LLM write the code)

Text instructions, all the way down.

I'm still seeing hesitancy of folks in our sector to adopt AI. If that's you, and if part of your paralysis is not knowing how to get started, then follow the instructions below. ⬇️

Start with a small, repeatable task.

Then, using text instructions 😉, work with AI, to automate that task. If you're stuck here, flip the script and ask AI to ask you questions, one by one, to help you complete that task.

When you've arrived at a good output, ask AI to summarize what you just did and turn it into a skill or system prompt to use again and again.
