Happy Earth Day! The trees are starting to bloom in Chicago, so let’s “spring” into AI learning.

One of the AI gurus I follow, Allie K. Miller released four AI modes to supercharge your workflow. 

I worked with Claude and ChatGPT (reasoning models) to come up with these use cases for nonprofits.

Mode 1: AI as a Microtasker

➡️ Ask AI to draft a simple donor thank‑you email or social media post.

Mode 2: AI as a Copilot

➡️ Partner with AI to write grant narratives, while tailoring applications to different funders.

Mode 3: AI as a Delegate

➡️ Assign AI the task of monitoring local funding opportunities or news mentions—and have it send you a weekly digest.

Mode 4: AI as a Teammate

➡️ Embed AI across your CRM and project‑management tools so team members can generate reports, update donor records, or field common questions.
