HOLY SMOKES CLAUDE CODE!!!

I now have agentic AI on my computer. Claude Code.
It. is. SO. POWERFUL.

As I mentioned before, I've been crunching IRS data of nonprofits and foundations, and it's so disconnected.

Some files have NTEE codes, others don't.
Some files have mission statements, others don't.
And IRS data shows very little about a foundations' priorities, other than listing their previous grantees (without EIN numbers or mission statements!).

So without getting into the specifics (because boring), linking all of this data would take HOURS AND HOURS of manual efforts.

I know because I tried last year, and I was so overwhelmed by the sheer volume of data and trying to make sense of it.

Queue: Claude Code. Last night, I collated data from various sources of 10 foundations' grantees (750 or so nonprofits), with 90% completion on EINs and 60% on mission statements.

I'd say that's pretty good for an hour and a half convo with my new bestie. 🫂
