AI Capacity Building

Yesterday I held my first AI capacity building session for a social impact consulting group.

During Phase I, we did a workflow audit, identifying areas in which AI could be plugged in to streamline a few of their most time-consuming and high-value processes.

But before we dove into the weeds, we did some level-setting to discuss their concerns and perceived opportunities of AI, and how their company values align (or don't) with AI.

Then I presented some demos on a few of their use cases and watched their eyes light up. 🤩

We are just at the beginning of the AI revolution in the social sector, and I'm so excited to be a part of it!
