William Blair’s AI for Impact Event

I want to share some insights that I learned at the William Blair AI for Impact event this morning.

The stellar Nisaini R. of Microsoft had some amazing one-liners.

AI is not just about upskilling it's about "unlearning the way you've been working."

It's a "new way of thinking" that requires "mental gymnastics" to move into behavior change.

And as we adopt AI in the nonprofit sector, we can "do more with less to take our missions further."

Whether it's Microsoft Copilot or Gemini for Google Workspace, or just good ol' ChatGPT or Claude, we have to start being intentional about integrating time into our workdays and begin to use the tools that are available to us.
