What Are We All For?
"We’re often clear about what we’re against, but not what we’re for.
We need a unifying narrative across generations.
We must learn to build trust and radical compassion between movements, businesses, governments, and those most affected.
We need real accountability, and the courage to confront systems that would destroy what we hold most dear." - Jack Kornfield
What struck me about this quote is its relevance to our AI future.
We know what bad AI looks like:
→ Centralized power
→ Bias at scale
→ Efficiency without equity
But what are we for?
A future where AI is the connective tissue between movements in philanthropy, not a wedge that deepens divisions.
Where trust isn't a casualty of scale.
But this future requires exactly what Jack named:
Radical compassion.
Real accountability.
And the courage to confront systems that would destroy what we hold most dear.
That's the future I'm building towards.
